Phat Rides Inc offers the following Returns Policy:

We highest recommend professional installation of all car / marine / home / electronics. Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported to shipping company. You must keep all packing material and merchandise exactly the way it was received for carrier's inspection. We will not be responsible for carrier's denial of a claim for untimely reporting of damage or missing materials for inspection. Credits are given only if the box is unopened and the quality control seal is intact and unbroken. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged from the refund amount. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items do not meet the refund guidelines. Returns / Exchanges on defective merchandise are given up to a period of 14 days from delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original box, packing, and condition. All parts & accessories must be included. Anything missing will invalidate the return. Any alterations made to the original merchandise will also invalidate the return. Items must be bench tested prior to installation. If found to be DOA prior to installation, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be exchanged for the same item. Any item not installed by a certified professional voids all return / exchange claims. An installation invoice must be provided for immediate exchange of defective products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us. We will pay for shipping back to you for the exchanged merchandise
